What is Goddess Healing?

Goddess Healing connects us with our Divine feminine energies, whether we are female or male, and helps us to find balance, to reset our yin and yang energies. By releasing what we no longer need, it grounds and supports us, through change and transformation.

Throughout the ages many cultures have engaged with Goddess energies, from China, Africa, Europe and South America. There are many hundreds of Goddesses, each representing a part of life, a part of us.

Goddess healing can include drumming, rattles, energy sprays, and herbs.

As a client what do I need to do?

• As with Reiki you do not need to do anything
• It can be helpful to make sounds if you wish to, but that isn't a requirement
• Remove your shoes!
• And relax

What should I do afterwards?

• Make sure you feel fully alert before driving, operating machinery
• Drink plenty of water, as you would after a massage
• Try to take gentle care of yourself for the rest of the day.
