Some flexibility can be offered regarding end times of Yoni Steam Appointments
Healing in the Harbour reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the appointment time and for “no shows”. Healing in the Harbour set aside the appointment time just for you. If you cancel with short notice or do not turn up, it inconveniences the other clients that have been turned away because I was fully booked.
The charges are as follows:
- 50% cancellation fee within 48 hours.
- 100% cancellation fee within 24 hours.
